RECEPTIONIST

Jefferies Solicitors is an Award winning Personal Injury firm who currently looking for a Receptionist to assist their busy office providing outstanding client care and service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a thriving firm located in the heart of Altrincham Town Centre with easy and accessible transport routes.
Responsibilities:
· Complete administrative duties such as photocopying to support the office
· answering and directing phone calls
· Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
· Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail
· Distributing correspondence internally where appropriate
· Processing outgoing mail for collection
· Liaising with outsourced Call Centre and message taking service to ensure they are up to date daily with all holidays and sickness absence across the business
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Requirements:
· Ability to work well as part of a team and individually
· Possesses a courteous and professional demeanor
· Attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work within a fast paced environment
· Excellent client care service skills
· Proficient in Microsoft office
