Promoter

Rules

  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
  2. Employees of Jefferies Solicitors or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
  3. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  5. Entrants are permitted to recommend up to 5 friends and will receive one entry per friend recommended.
  6. Entrants can recommend a friend by emailing news@jefferiessolicitors.com with the full name of the person or phoning 0161 908 5100 and quoting the competition and name of recommended friend. Please do not supply contact details for the person recommended – your friend/s must contact us themselves.
  7. The recommended friend has until 5pm on the 31st July to discuss making a claim, quoting the competition and full name of the entrant.
  8. The recommended person’s claim does not have to be accepted in order for the entrant to receive their entry but must be considered by the team.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without prior warning.
  10. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  11. Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  12. Center Parcs is not a sponsor of this contest and bears no responsibility or liability for the administration, operation, judging or conduct of the contest or for the fulfillment of prizes associated with this promotion.

The Prize

 

  1. The prize is a Center Parcs gift voucher loaded with £700 (the cost of a mid week break or 3 night weekend break for a family of up to 4 people: 2 adults (over 16) and up to 2 children (16 and under), in a 2 bedroom Lodge at one of the 5 UK Center Parcs locations) Additional persons can be added at the expense of the winner. The gift voucher expires 31st December 2018.
  2. There is one prize to be won. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The break must by booked and paid for by the voucher expiry date and is subject to availability. Center Parcs’ normal terms and conditions of booking apply (these can be viewed at http://www.centerparcs.co.uk/makeabooking/terms/index.jsp)
  3. Travel to Center Parcs, food and drinks are not included in the prize.
  4. Jefferies Solicitors accepts no responsibility for gift vouchers failed to be used by the expiry date.
  5. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Jefferies Solicitors reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  6. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Winner:

  1. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agen
  2. The winner will be notified through email or telephone no later than the 15th If the winner cannot be contacted and/or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and choose a replacement winner.
  3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. The winner agrees to use his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be solely used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
