Cheshire based law firm, Jefferies Solicitors is bucking the trend of the economic downturn
I was a passenger in a car involved in a road traffic accident and suffered serious injuries to my right shoulder, my elbow and scarring to my forehead. I was unable to work for a long time. Jefferies Solicitors Ltd dealt with my case from the outset. I never expected that I would receive £21,191.00 of compensation for my injuries and other losses I had as a result of the accident. I am delighted with the outcome of my claim and would definitely recommend Jefferies Solicitors Ltd to anyone who wants to make an accident claim

Cheshire based law firm, Jefferies Solicitors is bucking the trend of the economic downturn by converting its impressive growth from its standing as a Limited Liability Partnership into Limited Company status.
The organisation has witnessed revenue growth of £3.3 million last year to £3.5 million this year but progress does not stop there for the personal injury lawyers. Managing Director, Michael Jefferies, who went solo when setting up the business 18 years ago, says there is a 20 % growth plan forecast year on year and that himself and co-Director, Nina Ramsden who will both manage the new company, are excited about the future.
Nina says: “We have actively embraced new technology on all levels. At the heart of our marketing plan is a new, fully optimised website, giving our customers access to a gateway of information on personal injury claims. TV also has also played a large part in directing people to our websites.”
As part of the growth strategy, office systems will be restructured to become seamless and paperless cases will be the norm; all making for a more efficient and cost-effective working environment.
Plans are also afoot for the addition of 10 new employees per annum, supplementing the current 50 staff. Michael and Nina are keen to recruit personnel from a non-legal background if deemed appropriate.
Michael says: “It has always struck me as not being commercially sensible to continue to tread the traditional path of employing only solicitors in the management of a law firm, when there may well be suitable candidates from other fields with high-level managerial skills available.”
Michael is firm in his acknowledgement of extensive changes in the legal services sector but equally resolute about the opportunities for growth in the field.
“Embracing change, implementing new technology and finding new talent is our recipe for growth success and the future is looking very positive for us.”
