CAFT Festive Fun
A team of enthusiastic volunteers from Jefferies Solicitors, spent the day at the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust this December to help make Christmas magical for disabled, disadvantaged, and terminally ill children.
Cheshire-based charity, the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) is 100% reliant on donations. CAFT is one of Jefferies Solicitors’ chosen charities and the team has been committed to fundraising on its behalf for several years.
The magical Christmas experience sees individual families joining CAFT for an outdoor experience (Covid safe of course). During their 1.5-hour visit, they visit different parts of the farm – from animals to a walk through a magical winter wonderland forest with plenty of activities on their way including a visit to Santa!
A team from the law firm dressed in festive costumes to entertain the children and raise money for the charity. Managing director, Michael Jefferies, was one of the main attractions dressed as Santa Claus!
Other volunteers from Jefferies Solicitors helped to wrap gifts and decorate biscuits for the children’s parties.
