At the Best Companies live event on Friday 20th May, Jefferies Solicitors was revealed to have achieved a place in the best companies North West regional Q2 League Table making Jefferies one of the Best Companies to Work For in the North West. Coming in at number 80 this is the first time the firm has achieved a place in the league table. The firm’s focus on wellbeing was highlighted as part of the ranking with the comment “Jefferies Solicitors, the specialist personal injury law firm where wellbeing is high on the agenda.”
The ranking is a fantastic testimony to the different well-being initiatives that the company has introduced such as a partnership with Able Futures, free access to a counsellor, flexible working and providing free fresh fruit.
Jefferies Solicitors has also been ranked 18th in the Best Companies to work for in the UK Law Sector Q2 2022. At the Best Companies live event, Jefferies Solicitors was revealed to rank number 18 in the law sector, marking a fantastic achievement for the personal injury solicitors.
This ranking also highlighted the firms’ well-being agenda where staff are encouraged to take regular breaks and exercise, eat well and challenge their physical health with monthly events.
Finally, the firm was announced to be ranked as one of the best small companies to work for in the UK. Jefferies Solicitors was ranked in Best Small Company to Work For Q2 2022, coming in at 72 again ranking for the very first time.
