Circumstances
Our client was at a restaurant. There was a shard of glass in their butter resulting in a broken tooth. The restaurant explained that another butter dish had smashed whilst they were all stacked in the kitchen resulting in broken glass in the clients’ butter.

Pain and suffering plus damage to a previously healthy lower molar tooth requiring dental repair work.
