Our client was involved in a cycling accident that was not the client’s fault.
One afternoon in April 2022, our client was cycling when a vehicle that was parked on the right, suddenly pulled out and turned across the road into the cyclist’s path, colliding with the bike and knocking our client off their bike.
The client was taken to the hospital by ambulance. They had suffered soft tissue damage.
Our client instructed Jefferies in April 2022 and was represented by Claims Handler Emma Hughes.
The claim was settled following an Out of Court Settlement in September 2022 for over £7,000. This included costs for items such as replacing the client’s bike, clothing and medical costs.
