Circumstances
Our client was involved in a cycling accident that was not the client’s fault.
One afternoon in April 2022, our client was cycling when a vehicle that was parked on the right, suddenly pulled out and turned across the road into the cyclist’s path, colliding with the bike and knocking our client off their bike.
Injuries
The client was taken to the hospital by ambulance. They had suffered soft tissue damage.
Settlement
