Circumstances
The client contacted Jefferies in July 2020. The rented property he was living in required repairs which had been reported to the landlord, but the landlord has not repaired the property. On the date of the accident, the client had stepped on a floorboard which had buckled beneath the client causing them to lose their balance.
Injuries
The client lost their balance, causing them to suffer soft tissue damage to an ankle.
