REVIEW JEFFERIES SOLICITORS TO WIN £100 OF LOVE2SHOP VOUCHERS 

Terms and Conditions 

1.Promoter: Jefferies Solicitors The Triangle 8 Cross Altrincham Cheshire WA14 1EQ.

2. This prize draw is available to all Clients of Jefferies Solicitors who complete the applicable survey when sent. 

3. Promotion Period: There will be 1 Prize Draw within 10 working days at the end of each quarter. There are 4 quarters in a year Quarter 1: Jan-March 2: April-June 3: July-September 4: October-December. A review submitted in March would be entered into the quarter 1 draw, for example.  There will only be one prize won each quarter. All entries for the draw must be submitted by the final date of each quarter before 00:00 hours (midnight).

4. The prize draw is random and in no way influenced by the rating given.

5. The Prize: There will be 1 winner for each draw for each quarter, with winners winning a £100 Love2Shop high street voucher.  

6. Winner Notification: 

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the Client database within 5 working days of the Prize Draw. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond within 28 days of the notification, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn from the eligible entries that were received before the end of the prize draw period. 

7. Entries are limited to one per person. 

8. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants received.

9. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to have been accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

11. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Jefferies Solicitors reserves the right to vary/amend/withdraw the offer at any time for any reason.
