Circumstances
In June 2020 a driver of a vehicle had not noticed that the car in front of it had applied the brakes to turn. To avoid hitting the car in front the driver has gone into our client’s lane, hitting our client’s car.
Injuries
As a result of the accident, our client sustained neck and shoulder pain and pain to his right knee.
