CIRCUMSTANCES
In November 2021 our client was working as a bus inspector. They were working at a bus stop when they fell in the road due to a defect. A claim was made against the local council.
INJURIES
As a result of the accident, the client suffered grade 3 ligament tears to an ankle. Following the accident, the client’s job which involved standing on their feet for 10 hours a day, caused pain and suffering to the client due to the injured ankle.
SETTLEMENT
