CIRCUMSTANCES
One evening in November 2020 our client was walking on the pavement down a road. They stepped off the pavement, but due to a large number of leaves and poor street lighting they did not see a large hole in the road. As a result, the client tripped and fell.
INJURIES
The trip and fall caused our client to break their hip. Due to their injuries, the client was in the hospital for 9 days and required an operation.
SETTLEMENT
