ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT– CASE STUDY 

Our client was stationary in a car when she was hit by another vehicle. Our experts worked to help her secure £35,000 in compensation.   

In June 2017 our client was stationary at a roundabout when another vehicle failed to stop and collided with the rear of our client’s vehicle. 

Consequently, our client was left with pain in her neck, back and knee.  

As a result of the accident our client required physiotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. She requires ongoing massage, reflexology and chiropractic treatment. 

As a result of the accident, our clients employment was terminated. Our client was assessed by occupational health as being unable to continue with her role due to her accident-related injuries and her employer could not accommodate the recommend changes to her employment.
