TRIP AT WORK CIRCUMSTANCES
In May 2020 the client was at work when they tripped on part of a door mechanism that was raised. Tape should have been in place acting as a warning to the raised metal. As there was no warning, our client tripped and fell.
TRIP AT WORK INJURIES
As a result of the accident, our client experienced pain and suffering such as a head injury, lacerations and a suspected fracture. It took over 6 months for the client to make a recovery.
TRIP AT WORK SETTLEMENT
